More than a thousand people turned out for today’s inaugural Brick Event in Lismore, showcasing some of the best Lego creations in the country.
Displays ranged from the wild west to medieval battle scenes and modern cityscapes.
A highlight – the build and play area where kids could create their own Lego master pieces.
“Today we’ve got over 30 exhibits of great Lego creations, we’ve got a group of people form all over South-East Queensland that have come down to put on big displays”
The more detailed works, featuring upwards of 30,000 individual pieces.
The fun continues tomorrow at the Lismore City Hall from 9am.
