The Knights have had a win in their long-running battle with Hunter Venues over EnergyAustralia Stadium.
The state government-run authority took the club back to arbitration over game day parking, and the right of Hunter Venues to retain two corporate boxes and 100 grandstand seats for its own use.
NBN News has learned that not only did retired judge Michael McKew rule against Hunter Venues, he also called on it to pay the costs of the recommenced arbitration.
The matters arose in October, six months after the two parties signed a Heads of Agreement over management rights and use of the stadium.
