Two women and a man have been charged, following a series of armed robberies in the Hunter Region last year.
An 18-year-old woman was arrested at Silverwater this week, following an investigation into robberies at service stations in Muswellbrook, Maitland, Raymond Terrace, Heatherbrae and Islington, between June and October last year.
The accused was charged with armed robbery and will face Newcastle Local Court next month.
A man and woman were also arrested and charged over their alleged involvement in the robberies, at a home in East Maitland yesterday.
The pair was charged with a range of offences including, armed robbery and driving a car while disqualified.
They’ll will face court in the coming weeks.
