I would just like to say how much I enjoyed Mike & Jim’s call on both the rugby codes grand finals over the weekend. Although I am an avid Goey supporter and a bit dissapointed at the result your accuracy and knowledge with the call regarding names of players etc was to be admired. It can’t be easy to remember particularly with two games on consecutive days.A no nonsence call of the game as opposed to the banter and rubbish we put up with on the NRL broadcast, along with the annoying constant reference to Sportsbet.
I wish NBN could cover the local scene more often, along with many other followers of the local competion it would be great to once again see a match of the round on NBN TV again.
