The fall out from this year’s violent Group 4 grand final continues, with the West Tamworth Lions re-branding as the South West Robins.
The new name commemorates the club’s history, having formerly been known as the West Tamworth Robins until 1998.
Junior sides will remain as the Lions.
It’s the second Group 4 club to reveal a new identity in the past month, with the Oxley Diggers to play as the Collegians Warriors in 2017.
