Fire has damaged a printing factory in Nerang overnight.
A passing security guard spotted the blaze at Inkspot Printing on Lawrence Drive at around 3.30 this morning.
Fire crews were forced to break into the building to extinguish the flames, which were contained to an upstairs office.
“We’ve got damage to the walls, floor, ceiling and to some equipment, there’s some really expensive equipment being in the printing industry.”
Police aren’t treating it as suspicious.
