Notorious Newcastle boxer, Kyron Dryden has failed in his bid to overturn an assault conviction, after he was found guilty of attacking his former partner.
A district court judge today ruled there were no grounds to overturn the initial decision, and labelled the 22 year old’s sentence, entirely inadequate.
