NATHAN ROSS SURPRISES A SPECIAL KNIGHTS FAN AT WARNERS BAY

A day after being named the Knights’ Members’ Player of the Year, Nathan Ross has shown why he’s a fan favourite, paying a special visit to Warners Bay Public School student, Fletcher Midson.
The eight-year-old, who has autism, beat hundreds of students to win a Knights colouring-in contest.
“I used to watch it as a fan too and I know how much it means to people when players come down. For me to do it, that means more than anything.”
Ross also revealed his goal for 2017 – earning his first rep jumper, starting with City v Country.
“I think I’d be City, Brad Fittler’s the coach, so Freddy if you’re watching give me a ring. Ha ha.”
