Newcastle City has brushed off suggestions it’s the favourite to win this weekend’s Black Diamond AFL grand final against Terrigal Avoca.
City has enjoyed a week’s rest after accounting for the Panthers in the major semi.
The Panthers earned a rematch by beating Nelson Bay last weekend, and are aiming for their third consecutive Black Diamond premiership.
