The mercury is back on the rise as the northerly winds kick in. It is a part of the lead up towards another significant inland rain event for the nation. There will be two stages, the first is now making its way across the country. A low sits in the Bight and is helping to draw tropical moisture from the NW. The first low will be forced away to the south and the associated front will past over the region in the middle of the week. At the end of the week a much larger rain event will move in delivering significant early spring rain to the region.
