The findings into the political scandal that toppled seven Hunter and Central Coast state Liberal MPs, is a step closer to being made public.
The Operation Spicer report, which investigates developer donations during the 20-11 election, will be handed down next Tuesday, and may be made public later that day.
The reports release has been delayed for months following a review of the ICAC’s powers, and court challenges from former Newcastle Lord Mayor Jeff McCloy.
