The boss of the beleaguered Coffs Harbour child support agency, Wundarra Services, has ended years of silence to answer his critics.
Ernie Lovelock has rejected calls for the service to be stripped of funding.
He says the agency has emerged from a recent investigation with its licence to operate in tact, and therefore claims it is failing the children in its care are without foundation.
