A 26-year-old police Constable will face court next month over an alleged arson incident.
Back in May this year, the Constable was charged with dishonestly destroying property by fire, and intention to defraud by false or misleading statement on the mid north coast.
The Constable, who is attached to the Central Metropolitan Region, is due to appear before court on Monday 5 September.
