Another system is sweeping past the south east.
The strong front will move across the region overnight.
The passing front will move through quite quickly, producing rain.
Storms may be embedded in the system as it contracts to north east NSW and south east QLD.
By Saturday night it will have cleared most of the region and it will clear the Hunter by lunch time.
