The 20 year old man accused of king hitting a 37-year-old Tamworth man last month will reappear before court in February.
Jack Stevenson appeared before a Tamworth court and was charged with two counts of causing grievous bodily harm after an alcohol fuelled argument ended with a man in hospital.
Mr Stevenson allegedly king hit the victim, knocking him to the pavement in Tamworth’s Peel Street.
The victim remains in hospital.
