A 14-year-old boy has apparently drowned on the state’s Mid North Coast this morning.
Emergency services were called to Nobbys Beach just after 10.30, following reports of a body in the water.
Surf Life Savers retrieved a 14 and 15-year-old boy from the water, but the younger boy died at the scene.
The other teen was taken to Port Macquarie Hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
