HUNTER PLAYERS HELP GET JOEYS OVER THE LINE AGAINST VIETNAM

Three players from the Hunter have helped Australia to a dramatic win, in the Under 16 AFF Championship Final in Cambodia.

Down 2-0, captain John Roberts got the Joeys back in the game from the penalty spot.

With less than 10 minutes to go, the Aussies were trailing 3-1, before Mark Moric and Roberts sent the game to a shootout.

Noah James from Whitebridge then made a crucial save to hand Australia the advantage.

His teammates finished the job, as the Joeys claimed the trophy.
