In disappointing news for the New England, Armidale is among the state’s top 10 hot spots for drink driving during the last financial year.
New South Wales Police figures show 95 drivers were caught over the limit in the 12-month period.
The figure even more disappointing as numbers were down across the state, with nearly 600 fewer charges laid for the offence than the previous year.
