WIND RAIN AND SNOW TO RETURN

An intense low is going to form over the south east corner of the nation tonight. Tomorrow, increased cloud will start to deliver widespread rain to the region. The westerly winds will strengthen and the rain will turn to snow across the higher peaks of the northern ranges as the temperature drops. The low will move out to sea on Wednesday. Coastal showers will return at the end of the week as the low moves out to sea.
