Locals dominated the men’s A division of the Viking Football Challenge in Forster over the weekend.
For the first time in the event’s 20 year history, four teams from Forster made it into the semi-finals, but it was a thrilling 3-nil victory in the grand final that saw G and A Chipperfield Building take the title.
While in the ladies, Sydney’s TBA claimed a 1-nil win over the Watermelons from Epping.
110 teams from across New South Wales competed in 12 divisions at the two day carnival.
