Flames have gutted a Lake Macquarie home overnight.
20 firefighters raced to the Marks Point Road property – located down a long driveway – at around 6:30.
The blaze was extinguished within an hour, and thankfully everyone inside the house escaped injury.
Fire and Rescue officers are investigating the cause, but are not treating it as suspicious.
