A 14-year-old boy was seriously injured this afternoon when he was thrown from his bike after colliding with a car on the Central Coast.
Emergency services were called to Gumnut Close, Glenning Valley around 2:00pm.
The boy was not wearing a helmet, and was taken to Westmead Children’s Hospital.
The 52-year-old female driver was treated for shock at the scene before being taken to Wyong Hospital for mandatory testing.
