MOORE MAKES SWIFTS DEBUT

Bateau Bay Dolphins junior, Lauren Moore, reached the pinnacle of the sport yesterday, making her debut for the New South Wales Swifts against Melbourne in the Trans Tasman Netball League.

With just over five minutes remaining in the final quarter, the 18-year old went to Goal Keeper, alongside one of the superstars of the competition – Sharni Layton.

The Swifts posted a comfortable 15-goal victory and now host Waikato Bay of Plenty Magic at Sydney Olympic Park Sports Centre on Saturday.
