A 71-year-old Dorrigo man has been charged over the indecent assault of a teenage boy in Coffs Harbour back in January.
Police say a 14-year-old boy was in a public toilet at Saltwater Park on Harbour Drive, when the man allegedly entered the cubicle and assaulted him.
Following information provided to Crime Stoppers, investigators arrested and charged the man yesterday.
He was refused bail, and will appear at Coffs Harbour Local Court on April 12.
