Police are looking for a middle aged man after he approached a 12-year-old boy, on the Mid North Coast yesterday.
The boy was waiting in a parked car at a shopping centre on the Pacific Highway at Moonee Beach, when the man approached the car and tried to open a number of doors, including the boot.
The man fled the scene, when the boy went to call his mother.
It’s believed the man drove away in a red utility towards Sullivans Road.
The man is described as being of a large build, in his 50s with short spikey hair and a clean shaven face.
