WESTPAC HELICOPTER KEPT BUSY THIS LONG WEEKEND

The Westpac Rescue Helicopter service has been kept busy this long weekend.

Earlier today, a 52-year-old man was airlifted to Newcastle’s John Hunter Hospital with head and chest injuries following a motorcycle accident at Laguna on the Central Coast.

Meanwhile, a 46-year-old man was also taken to the John Hunter, after suffering serious pelvic injuries while surfing at Sandbar, on the New South Wales Mid North Coast.
