A Coffs Harbour man has suffered burns to his face, after a backyard firework exploded last night.
It’s believed the 38-year-old was at a vacant lot near Reid Drive, when he let off four medium-sized fireworks.
The fourth exploded in his face, causing him to lose his eyesight.
The full extent of his injuries is not yet known.
