NINE OMCG MEMEBERS ARRESTED AND CHARGED FOLLOWING RAIDS

Nine members of the Rebels Outlaw Motor Cycle Gang (OMCG) have been charged, following extensive raids on the New South Wales Mid North Coast.
At about 4am, yesterday, police searched a clubhouse at Glenthorne where they located and seized bar fridges, alcohol and OMCG paraphernalia.
A search was then executed on a home in Gloucester, where a 32-year-old member of the Rebels Taree chapter was arrested and charged with a range of offences including assault, intimidation and possessing a prohibited weapon.
He was refused bail to face Taree Local Court today.

Day two of the operation allegedly uncovered more items in homes in the area, including firearms and a quantity of methylamphetamine and cannabis.
A further eight people, all members or associates of the Rebels OMCG, were arrested and issued court attendance notices for offences including drugs supply and drug possession.
