Tamworth businesses in Winners Walkway on Brisbane Street were closed today, after bricks fell from the roof of the Tudor Hotel overnight.
Around 11pm, a section of the 75 year old building took out the awning out the back of the premises during a minor storm.
The laneway was cordoned off due to safety concerns.
Despite the incident, the pub remains open.
