100 HOMES WITHOUT WATER, STREET RUPTURED AFTER WATER MAIN BURSTS

At least 100 homes on the Central Coast will be without water tonight as crews work to repair a burst main at Terrigal.

Emergency services were called to Woolunga Avenue this afternoon, after a two by two metre hole opened up at the top of the street.

Other parts of the road also received severe water damage.

The avenue will remain closed until the pipe can be replaced.
