Sunnyfield Disability Services has made progress in its bid to utilise the former GS Kidd School site in Gunnedah.
The Department of Education has allowed the service to sign a 12 month lease, after originally seeking almost half a million dollars for the property.
Staff are hopeful they’ll be using the facility by December.
