Local graffiti artists will soon have a legal space to show of their artwork with a new program to be trialled at the Tamworth skate park in Peel Street.
Wooden sheeting will be installed on existing structures at the park to create more painting space, with the precinct to be self-managed by the local graffiti community.
The trial is one of seven new programs designed by Tamworth council to reduce graffiti and vandalism incidents in the city.
