Some excellent rain totals were accumulated across the North West with a widespread 30mm. Tingha and Terry Hie Hie hit 60mm.
North of the Gwyder highway didn’t receive much but the rain will return there later in the week filling in the gaps.
Other areas to fair well include the Upper Hunter from Scone to Wingen and Murrurundi receiving 50 to 60mm also.
An east coast low will form with all the wild weather set to hit to the NSW South East coast.
Things will fine up for tomorrow locally with another North West rain belt set to reach northern NSW and southern QLD from Wednesday.
