The Newcastle Jets have returned from a six day trip to Victoria with added confidence, thanks to a 1-all draw with Melbourne City and a 1-nil win over NPL club, Bentleigh.

In good news for a club light on players, Ben Kantarovski made his return to active duty.
“I had groin surgery about 14 weeks ago, so coming back from that and body has been feeling really good and good to get that 45 minutes under the belt.”
