The state government is calling for tenders for the design and construction of a significant upgrade to Broadmeadow train station.
The work, which forms part of the state government’s Transport Access Program, will include three new lifts, improvements to security in the form of lighting and CCTV, and new signage.
The contract will be awarded later this year, with the project to start in 2016.
