Coffs Harbour police say they’ve made a breakthrough in relation to complaints about a laser pointer being directed at drivers on the Pacific Highway at Boambee East just over a week ago.
On the weekend, police arrested a 13-year-old boy who’s expected to appear in the Children’s Court this week.
If convicted, the boy faces a maximum fine of five thousand dollars.
