MOTHER ISSUES PLEA ON SOCIAL MEDIA FOLLOWING ASSAULT IN NEWCASTLE
A mother has issued a plea on social media, following an assault in Newcastle last night.
Kathy Chapman posted a photo of her 17-year-old son Jesse on Facebook, showing him with facial injuries.
She says he was dragged from his car and punched in the face, after he “nudged” a man’s four-wheel drive in the car park near the Anzac Memorial Walk.
She’s calling for anyone with information to come forward.
