A local Newcastle builder has appealed on social media for information after his tool trailer was stolen overnight.
The trailer was chained up at Aldyth Street in New Lambton, and it appears the thieves have cut the chain.
The trailer, the tools and accessories are estimated to be worth a total of $14,000.
The builder is urging for anyone with more information to come forward.
