More than 300 staff from Gosford Council’s depots, offices and services have passed a motion of no confidence in CEO, Paul Anderson.
The United Services Union, which represents the workers, says the industrial action has been a long time coming.
The union says it will continue to pursue discussions with council about workers’ job security.
Gosford Council declined to comment on the matter.
