A 27-year-old man has been charged with numerous firearms offences in Forster.
Officers searched the man’s home in Cabarita Avenue on April 15, where they allegedly seized a pistol and rifle.
Police couldn’t find the man.
Yesterday police saw him on Carabita Avenue, and after a short foot pursuit, they allegedly found him hiding inside a cupboard in a home.
He’s facing two counts of possessing an unauthorised firearm and two counts of possessing an unregistered firearm.
