36 of the Hunter’s finest men and women in blue, were today recognised for their dedication to the job and their community.
Among them, Newcastle Superintendent John Gralton, who was awarded a National Police Service Medal for 15 years on the force.
Senior Constable Rebecca Brown was also recognised, for her service in the aftermath of the Christchurch earthquake.
