Two men have been killed in a horrific head-on crash near Cooranbong, south of Newcastle.
Both drivers died instantly when their cars collided on Freemans Drive, shortly after 11 o’clock last night.
The road was blocked for several hours, as specialist police investigators assessed the scene.
It’s the sixth death on Hunter roads in the past fortnight.
