A taste of spring is on the way on Saturday with temperatures well above average, while on Sunday south westerly winds will keep temperatures on the cold side.
There remains no sight of rain, with most of the nation again sunny and dry.
More frontal activity is on the way, but will only affect the far south east and south western corners of the country.
The strongest of these fronts will reach us here on the east coast, but will be significantly weaker when it arrives.
Expect it to be very warm ahead of its arrival, and very cold following it.
