Following the closure of the Deep Sea Fishing Club in Coffs Harbour, administrator Grant Thorton Australia has announced the business will be sold.
The club, which celebrated its 50th anniversary last year, had suffered years of financial strain.
A spokesperson for the administrator said creditors would be updated on the issue at a meeting on Friday.
