A man has been charged after he was allegedly caught drink driving almost six times the legal limit on the Central Coast with his young daughter in the car.
Police were called to Yattalunga yesterday afternoon, following reports a Mitsubishi sedan had left the road, struck trees and stopped in a ditch.
Thankfully the 39-year-old driver and his 5-year-old daughter were uninjured.
Police allege the man underwent a breath test and returned a reading of .287.
His driver’s licence was suspended and he’s due to face Gosford Local Court on May 12.
