Tamworth Cycle Club will return to racing on Saturday afternoon after Cycling New South Wales issued approvals for its courses early this week.
It follows lengthy negotiations with local police and Tamworth Regional Council about the routes and traffic concerns.
It’s been two weeks since cyclists have taken to the start line, following the conclusion of the summer criterium season.
The first road race is being held at Moore Creek at 2pm.
