It’s one of the biggest events on the Mid North Coast’s calendar, and now the theme for this year’s Tastings on Hastings food and wine festival has been unveiled.
“Fire, Water, Harvest” aims to celebrate the region’s best produce, by exciting all the senses through creative place making activities.
Organisers say this year’s event might include a Friday night food market and master classes.
More than 17,000 foodies attended the Port Macquarie festival last year, which brought in an estimated $1-million to the local economy.
