Hundreds of stone artefacts will be collected from Tamworth’s Marsupial Park following state government approval of an Aboriginal Heritage Impact Permit.
This means the Tamworth Adventure Playground committee is a step closer to resuming work on its multi-million dollar facility.
It was scheduled to be built by 600 volunteers in October, before the findings halted work.
Construction could get back underway as early as April.
