The North West will be represented in this weekend’s first round of Super Rugby, after Sam Carter and Paddy Ryan were both named for their teams.
Carter, a Quirindi junior, will start in the second row for the ACT Brumbies against Queensland tomorrow.
He’s hoping to cement his spot in the Wallabies squad for the World Cup.
While Ryan will have to wait for his chance off the Waratahs bench as they begin their premiership defence against the Western Force on Sunday.
