The Liberal Party has dumped sitting member Garry Edwards as its candidate, just 10 weeks out from the state election.
It follows allegations the Swansea MP accepted money from developer, Jeff McCloy.

This is an absolute disgrace. Garry Edwards has done more for the electorate than any other member at any level of Government. This is a black day for Swansea and the Liberal Party will feel the backlash in March. Garry Edwards is a man of integrity .. down to earth, genuine, hard working and will always have my full support.
